Gaël de Chalendar (CEA LIST, LVIC) initiated all WoNeF-related work, including on its predecessor, JAWS, created by Claire Mouton.
The current WoNeF version was created in 2012 by Quentin Pradet and Jeanne Baguenier-Desormeaux.
